Took my TT in for a delamination repair. After parts arrived, work was completed quickly and expertly. Communication during the process was excellent. I am a very satisfied customer.

Great place to get your RV serviced. Honesty and friendly people/staff that work there. I wouldn't take my 5th wheel anywhere else.

We have a new 2023 2970rl and the heat stopped working. Brought it to a local shop and at first they said something was out of adjustment and after contacting Dometic they had it running again and because it was considered maintenance I was charged a reasonable amount of money which I thought was fair. A few weeks later it stopped working again and this time they came out to my house and found another issue and towed it back to their shop. They called me a few days later and said there was a part on the way and the warranty covers it. This is by far not a large rv repair shop but overall I was treated fairly and quickly without a 3 hour trip back to the dealer and only had my camper gone for a total of a week. Shout out to Richard's RV in Duncan SC for what I believe is great service.
