      image Following up on one of the worst experiences Ive had. My husband left a review over three weeks ago about the terrible service we received and the astoundingly poor quality of the boba coffee ordered. We were told to reach out. Called the local number and left a voicemail. Filled out the form online. No one ever responded or did anything at all to fix the problem. Dont waste your time here!

      image They are under staffed. Sat for 20 minutes for some tacos and they left out half of our order. The cashier was very cold and did not say hello, thank you or anything. Also was giving the death glare however she may just have RBF. If thats the case I wont fault her but the fact she didnt say anything to me other than the price of the order suggests she was angry. I think she is over worked there must have been only 1 or 2 people working. I love you Jack n the box but you will never get out of this hole in the upstate unless you can staff people . Take the loss to get back on your feet

      image Went through drive thru at 1:30 on Tuesday. All they had to drink was diet drinks. The cashier had terrible customer service!!! The food wasnt fixed correctly, fries were cold and they had no curly fries.
