I'm really disappointed with expressions. They delivered a happy birthday balloon instead of a I love you Ballon. I think it's obvious it's a love gift not a birthday gift. I was embarrassed that my wife received this. I will look some where else for flower bouquets, gifts, balloons. Very bad experience!

I left a review a while back. Using my other account to leave this, but I just wanted to say I have used them several times, and everything has always been perfect, on time, and great polite staff. They go above and beyond to make beautiful arrangements. My fiance absolutely loved her surprise delivery at work today. Thank you so much for helping me brighten her day and put a smile on her face.

The flowers I ordered were good and arrived on time. My problem is I ordered online. Of course they require an email, which is also fine. What I don't appreciate is that I specifically made sure I didn't check any boxes to get their promotional emails and other spam. Unfortunately, they started sending them anyway. When I clicked the unsubscribe, they had it defaulted to receive all the emails possible. I've unsubscribed from all, again, so we'll see if it sticks. I don't appreciate being set up on these lists without my consent.
