Fantastic Cummins certified organization that also caters to the motorcoach peeps. Earnest was able to do a great job of squeezing my emissions coded, check engined Tiffin motorhome in for analysis between a motor rebuild, which then Jay (27 yrs exp) quickly diag'd for same morning resolution. Man, these guys are good! Appreciate it Gentlemen!

Finally, an International repair shop that honors you time and keeps you in the loop of what's going on. My guy Earnest was great on keeping me updated. So far the truck is running great.

Update on our truck issue from Florence.
We were sent to the Conway location to finally have our wheel seals replaced. Once replaced we found out we had a bad alternator and they tried to charge us $1800 to replace it.
Since we bought this truck and had the wheel seals replaced we have had to replace the rear end, yoke pin bearing, four batteries, an alternator, and the bunk heater. All items listed above were checked off by Florence on the DOT inspection. At the Florence location, they tested batteries and replaced what they said was a bad battery before we bought the truck. Which means they ran the same test Conway did and knew we had a bad alternator.
This company is selling lemons and their salesmen have no clue what they are talking about. Please steer clear of this place unless you are willing to get robbed on parts and sold a lemon. Joe and Kent are horrible people and have no care in the world what selling a lemon can cause to a family.
No one seems to care that they sent out an unsafe truck but passed it on a federal DOT inspection.

Sales Guy Joe was very knowledgeable. Me and my family were on vacation in the Cowan SC area. We saw a beautiful used international semi on line. We stop by to take a look at it. Front desk clerk told us that the used sales guy Joe wasn't in the office . But to give him a call. We gave him a call. He got back with us immediately . We met with Joe the next day him me and my wife took the truck for a test drive. We told him we wanted the truck. And head back to Pennsylvania. Joe and his finance department made it possible for me to get financed with no pressure and with a good Monthly payment.Paper work was all done online. Joe even took the time to meet us at the dealership on his off day to give us the keys to our new semi. Will definitely buy from him again. He treated us like we were part of his family. He even checked on us to make sure we made it home . Joe is your guy if your looking for a semi truck.
