Very unprofessional. I went in there and was told fill out the application online. There was no customers in the office but got a song and dance about how somebody didn't show up for work and she was swamped. So I completed the application online then ask what would I need to qualify for a loan and the Manager Lakiesha did not give me accurate information. Went today and again was treatede garbage. Please don't waste your time GOING TO THEM. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CORPORATE NUMBER and just handed me a flyer. Lender's loans should be ashamed to have people like this as management and dealing with potential customers. If I could give them a 0 I would. However I'm unbothered by there unhappiness at there workplace and complaining about there job because I never have to see them again. What a waste of my time though. God Bless and have a great day.
Just finished reading the reviews I would have never went in there had I read them first. So glad I didn't get a loan from them. Thank God!!!!!
P.S. I still will be reaching out to the corporate office to speak to a big boss!

At first I was shaky, but Michelle has never caused me any problems. 1 time I was late, I was upset because it hit my credit, but she understood, because she knew she has never had an issue with me paying.

Michelle is the nastiest business person that I have ever met,she yells and belittles you and act as if you did it to her first!!!! She is very unprofessional and could care less about what you have going on,by far the rudest person that I have ever spoken business with and the company keeps her around,this is a horrible place to do business with!!
