Would not be back. Worst customer service for online ordering. Very rude lady for no reason ! I understand everyone have bad days but this is far the worse and I will not be back at this location !

This place is worst for online order on printing service. First of all, several times I did not get any notification that my order has been complete. And in my Staple account it was still showing 'in progress'. I called them and multiple times the call was hung up in the middle of the conversation and they never called back to me. I had to call again and start over. Then finally they got ahold of my order and said the order will be cancelled if I don't pick up within 1 day because it has been there for a while and I did not go to pick that up. Whereas I was never informed that the order has been complete and my staple account was showing 'in progress'. The store agent didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, on the contrary blamed towards me that I still haven't picked up the order! I am never going to that place again.
