Mr. Loc did a wonderful job. He was very compassionate towards my situation with the air. The first time he came out he went above and beyond to get my air fix. It was 88 degrees in my house. The second time he did the same thing. My family and I appreciate his services. This company is a great company. I will refer to anyone. They have caring people working for them.

Mr. Phan has installed and serviced units at my home and office for many years now. He is quick, honest, and very reasonably priced. I recommend him to others regularly.

The service guy who came out to our home from this company was only there for 5 minutes. He flipped a switch and the unit came back on and he left. So we paid him to do nothing. The next day our unit stopped working. So we paid someone and he was here over an hour and diagnosed the problem and actually fixed it. Would not recommend this company!
