If I could give this location zero stars I would. I sent a package through fed-ex here. Although I have the receipt showing the package was received, the tracking number shows it never left the facility. I have called the location multiple times and they said they dont have it, so now my family is out $1,000 (the package was a broken I-phone that was supposed to be sent in and fixed). I strongly suspect the workers stole the phone, because they asked what was in the package when I gave it to them. Since Apple will never receive the package, we will never get our money back. There goes Christmas for my kids. DO NOT SHIP HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR PACKAGE STOLEN.

Was happy after visiting FedEx at this location and all that thanks to Kenosha. She was very professional, nice and helped me with everything I needed. I had an awful experience at OfficeDepot which is nearby, so from now I will be coming to this FedEx instead.

Iam still waiting on my package to be delivered. It is a gift and have been waiting on this order since March 31st.
