I strongly advise against going to Aspen Dental. My experience there left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Before my visit, my trusted dentist (from the state I moved from) warned me about chain dental offices, and unfortunately, Aspen Dental lived up to those warnings. Also, a lady walked out and yelled This place is crazy while I sat in the waiting room. I knew there must have been something up with this place.
During my initial visit, I expected a routine cleaning and examination, as I've always received at other dental offices. However, Aspen Dental had a different agenda. After X-rays and consultation with the dentist, I was presented with a treatment plan that included a costly procedure, including an exorbitant fee for a deep cleaning of just one tooth.
When I questioned this, I was informed by the billing staff that I couldn't proceed with a basic cleaning unless I agreed to all the recommended procedures outlined by the hygienist. This tactic felt manipulative and unethical. I've never encountered such a practice in any other dental office.
As a consumer and medical provider, I value transparency and honesty. It's disappointing that Aspen Dental seems more focused on maximizing profits than providing genuine care to their patients. The fact that they insist on extra procedures just to allow for a basic cleaning feels like a blatant money-grab.
I feel sorry for anyone who might fall victim to their deceptive tactics, especially those who may not fully understand how professional dental offices conduct business.
In conclusion, I urge others to seek dental care elsewhere and avoid the frustration and potential financial burden that comes with a visit to Aspen Dental.

My daughter went here to get some dental work done. They were rude and liars. They lady was snatching my daughter mouth so my daughter told the office manager. The lady proceeded to tell the office manager that my daughter threw something at her. All lies. This is the most unprofessional place we have ever visited. Please do not go here . Customer service is an extremely hard job and I know this because I am also in that field. She needs to do better. My baby in all this pain and her attitude has only added to the pain. This is our last time visiting this location. I pray they can forward her file to a better location. It's so sad that the people we depend on to help make us better can be so clueless to where that begins.......

Service was outstanding however to go the time of travel to get there to all which is required to be helped just to be told that your insurance is not accepted by them is not good. Even to be told you should insurance that they accept really adds insult to injury. Insurance information was given before hand during the setting of the appointment so why could I have not been notified them where I could have seemed help elsewhere and save my time and cost of fuel to travel.
