image Karen was my specialist. She was very helpful and patient and helpful with adding a line to my account for my daughter. She also informed me of special discounts to lower my monthly bill. She was awesome:)

image Went in to ask for help transferring info from one phone to the new one. Guy Saud, we are too busy to help you, come back tomorrow. Then gave me a di it yourself paper.
Never tell a customer you're too busy to help them.

image Arrived at store between 630 & 645 (mind you they close at 7), manager (Brandon) came to my car. I told him I was here for a pickup; he said it wasn't ready because I either hadn't signed terms & Conditions yet (which I had) or there was a problem with the payment (also not the case because it was being billed to my account). He told me I could call customer service & went back inside. I then went inside after customer service telling me I needed to talk to the store staff. I went in & was asking if someone could help me get to the bottom of the situation, to find out why my order was not available to be processed, even mentioned that I had a barcode on my reciept that maybe if that was scanned it might pull up what the issue was & maybe show why my order wasn't processing through their system & he absolutely refused, shrugged his shoulders & said I'd have to deal with customer service. Didn't pull my account up to even see if there may be details he could offer that would help resolve the situation. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

image Sharon is a wonderful person. My phone didnt fully activate so I had to go back to Verizon to fix it. As soon as I walked in she immediately got up from her desk in the back of the store to greet me! She had the most friendly personality and made sure thoroughly that I was taken care of. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and also helped me save money while also switching to a different plan I was unaware of. She answered all my questions fully and was able to get my phone up and running with no issues. Even let me leave while she still had to work out some things with my phone online then sent me a message telling me everything is good with my phone and updated. Please keep hiring wonderful people like Sharon. I made sure to remember Her name so I can write a great review on her!

First time I went there I needed some help with my phone he refused to help me. So I had to drive to another Verizon store for help.
Today I went there had a real rude guy at the front door their customer service is terrible.
Thinking about dropping Verizon as my carrier.
