      image The service work done was a recall. After scheduling an appointment over a week in advance, Classic didn't have all of the required parts and kept the car overnight because of that. When working a recall, how hard is it to verify the parts needed are on hand before the appointment?

      image Will never use for maintenance on truck again. Paint shop is great! Maintenance and Gil is terrible. Installed engine in truck. No indication of other issues before work was done. Got truck back, no transmission fluid in transmission. Had to have transmission rebuilt. Then truck started skipping. Said catalytic converter was reason. Catalytic converter check good. Was a vacuum leak which was a problem after engine installation. Terrible service. Did get $700 shop credit by General Manager, Jamil, for time it took to install engine. Will be suing dealership for inconvenience and other damages if Im not made whole as a result of issues caused by Classic Ford.
