The best place to live with the most thoughtful staff. The management at 114 Earle are the most welcoming and caring people. The maintenance guys are always on top of things and always nice. I lived there for 3 years from 2020-2023 and loved each year!

I've loved living at Earle! The building is always clean and has great amenities. They often have food and fun activities for residents and my apartment is nice. My favorite feature to living in Earle is the Butterfly security system that lets you let guests into the building via an app on your phone. It is so convenient and a huge aspect that pulled me to Earle!

Place is very nice but management is awful. Nickel and Dime you for everything. I had my credit card # changed from identity theft and nobody notified me that renters insurance didn't go through. They wait to let you know until they've banged you for $50 for each month it had been expired, then I get an email on Christmas morning that I owe them $100. Very nice of them. All they had to do was let me know my card was declined.Terrible experience, live somewhere else.

Terrible experience moving into Earle. We showed up with my daughters car (we are out of state) assuming she had a parking spot. She provided car info on lease and was never told anything else needed to be done. We were told she does not have a spot and there is nothing they can do! Make sure to ask lots of questions as little to no information is given .
