I went in to pawn my rings and the gentlemen working were so helpful and kind and explained to me how my ring is value from a jeweler's background. I can't thank them enough for helping me out!! I will be back if I ever need anything again!!

Im only giving three stars because of all the other rave reviews. I called about an item that is important to me that I only want a loan on, and was told Im overrun with those, we dont need anymore. I replied with, Im not looking to sell, I just need a loan, and he said, sorry Ive got too many. I guess I would recommend going in person. I didnt want to take my large item without calling first, but I guess thats probably how you should do it. Hoping he was just having a bad day
