Do not expect to get your full information prior to the appointment. First off the wait to get my child to be seen for the treatment plan he needs was 5 months one change made because they scheduled at what was not even okay with my schedule. Fast forward we didnt have insurance at the time, so we have a balance which they let me know last week when they called I asked if I could pay it at the appointment, yes I asked if that statement balance is all that I had to pay and I quote yes the 460.00 thats it! Get to my childs apt today and I am told I have to pay that balance plus services that will be provided today and I explained I was not prepared for that, and I get paid in two days that I didnt have that much to shell out at the moment. I was not the nicest I will be 100 percent honest towards the end because Im not the one who miss led information! Fix your communication and you probably wont have irate parents such as myself. Well they not only didnt get the 460.00 but they no longer will be my childrens dentist! Ive never had this issue with Robin EVER she made sure that she communicated everything to a T!! Anytime Ive owed money she specifically told me the exact amount and didnt leave it up to me to remember a treatment plan I signed 5 months ago smh. DO BETTER staff at kidz planet in Beaufort!
Just wanted to post on here as well because I currently am at a new childrens dentist!! Thats right they didnt wait 5 months to fit In my child that needed a treatment plan for an infected tooth!! My family and I miss the old staff!!

Still use a papoose. We switched to Sea Smiles and they love going to the dentist..

Dr. Morse seems to be a very kind and caring man, but some of his staff members do not mirror his personality. It should be noted that pediatric dental care is an evolving field and this practice does not perform up to date procedures. These procedures require advanced degrees that cater to the needs of children who are anxious about going to the dentist. In sum, if your child has high anxiety about a dental visit, chose a different practice. If your child is carefree and has no dental issues, this is a fine practice that has been in the community for a very long time.
