If you are seeking a financial institution for a home construction loan AgSouth is definitely the the place to be. They had one of the smoothest processes I have ever dealt with. The C2P program they have is hands down the best. They worked with my general contractor and myself with great professionalism. The level of experience and expertise far exceeded my expectations. They were so prompt when responding to emails and getting the draw checks to my contractor in a timely manner so we could move along in the construction of my home.

AgSouth in Batesburg is the best branch there is. From the first conversation to the last, they were there for me in my L2C loan in every way possible. They are very down to earth and help you with every question you can imagine.
