All around the best real estate person we have ever used This is our 6th home purchase and Chad Raiche worked tirelessly from beginning till closing to make this the smoothest transaction we have ever had.From our in between rental home , getting us in and out without a glitch , to working nonstop with our mortgage co , insurance and lawyer All recommendations Chad provided where excellent ! I have had the pleasure of working with Town & Shore Realty for four years now. The professionalism and level of service has been exceptional. Chad Raiche has advertised and found renters for my home in Westerly for my seasonal rental property that runs from September 1st through June 1st for 4 consecutive years. He puts great effort in finding the best possible renters, all of which have been timely in their payments and respectful of my property. When my husband and I decided it was time to sell our home and downsize to an apartment we chose Lisa and Chad from Town & Shore Realty and we couldnt have made a better choice!!!
