I will never deal with Budget Truck Rental again !! I rented a truck in Rhode Island can you move to Florida. Both the representatives in Rhode Island and Florida were very rude, very nasty and I had more knowledge than them about renting a truck and different things to look for in take pictures of before you drive away with the truck. The people at the drop off point in Margate Florida we're so rude and nasty. When I called budget to complain about how I was treated, the lady I was talking to on the phone acted like she could care less about my awful experience. Like I said, I will never ever do business with Budget again and I will definitely never refer them to anyone.

Ive rented from budget many time, never had anything but pleasant experiences. All the guys are friendly and knowledgeable, any problems Ive ever encountered they were always very helpful. Rented a truck for one day thinking that would be enough time, shortly before drop off time I realized I wasnt going to make it! Just a quick call to let them know and they extended my time without any extra charges besides the obvious extra day I was keeping it. Again on return day I was going to be late, only an hour, which they usually do charge a fee for. I called to let them know and they were very understanding, they even waived the fee for me when I got there to drop it off Nothing but good things to say about the gentlemen at the budget (Taylor Rental - my go-to rental spot on Post Rd in Warwick!)
