After contacting multiple other companies over the span of a couple months in the early spring to get a quote on switching our home from oil to gas and having a new combi-boiler installed, Riley Plumbing were the only folks who got back to us with a realistic price and timeline. From the initial visit to see the space and existing system, I was reassured that they could accomplish the job no problem.
When it came time to actually have the work done, David, Anthony and Steve were on-time, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions, (I had a lot), and worked tirelessly through a heatwave to get everything installed in a timely manner. Even the removal of our old boiler, oil tank and extra water heater was taken care of! The removal folks were just as quick and tidy with their work.
I am very grateful to the folks at the Riley Plumbing Company for keeping me up to date with the next steps in the project and helping make sure everything was accomplished correctly. Liz at the office knew me by name since we had communicated by both email and phone, and was also a pleasure to work with.
We will definitely be calling the Riley crew for any future plumbing needs for our home. Thank you!

Non professional driving of company vehicles. . Driver seemed to be in a rush and decided to cut off right turning traffic by using the breakdown lane. Integrity is doing the right thing when your not being watched and id say I saw little to no integrity with the driver of said van. Would post the dash cam picture and video however google will not allow my file type

I have had multiple plumbers and contractors in my home over the last month, all took a look at a leak from my bathroom stall shower, diagnosed it as a pan leak. All wanted to rip out my beautiful granite to replace the pan. Then Harry and Alex came to my home and took their time to do a pan test, and you know what? The water was coming from a seam outside the shower, not the pan, drain, shower head etc. If Harry had not been the conscientious person he is, I guarantee Id be spending $30,000 to replace my shower, instead of the $10 caulk Im heading over to buy at Home Depot. Great service! Nice, decent folks too, professional to the max. Highly recommend.

Called William J.Riley for replacing 2 cast iron main drain pipes for a price which I agree to pay a job that would cost $2500 they kept changing the date when could come and then the week of they are scheduled to come I was told that that the had to reschedule because they had a more important job to due. I was ok with but they could not reschedule I was told I would be called back a few weeks later but could not tell me when apparently I was not important because I was told it was a complicated job and it would take 2 people all day but I was willing to pay horrible experience. They couldnt even help with my shower handle leaking because they send 1 crew out to look at I was told they cant fix because they have to order parts which again I was ok with then a week later they sent someone else out that claims to fixed it.
