Best personal training experience I have ever had! The facility is clean, well stocked & has a wide range of equipment. Fantastic friendly staff that is extremely knowledgeable! My trainer, Leo, pushes me HARD & really knows what he's doing! Kim's massages are next level & I visit her weekly too. The Dexters have a lot of pride in their business & it truly shows. I highly recommend this facility to people of all fitness levels. You will not be disappointed!
