      image I am astonished at what my trainer has been able to do, and this facility has blown my expectations way out the door. The trainer is patient with me, kind, always available, while also constantly pushing me to be my best. Definitely not a meathead, like I was afraid of. I never dreamed this much progress would be possible, but the changes I see and feel in my body far exceed where I hoped I could be, completed in half the time I thought I'd need.
      I'd give six stars if I could.
