The staff is incompetent. I was given someone else’s discharge paperwork and made appts with this office only to show up and be told there isn’t an appt scheduled. Again, today I had an appt and when I didn’t receive the text prior to my appt. I called and surprise, surprise no appt scheduled. Also, how do you set up your portal when it only asks for a login and no where does it allow you to register.

My father was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease 15 years ago. He suffered with constant tinnitus and decreased hearing. He was treated by Dr. Duff with steroid injections into the ear nerve to deaden the nerve. That worked mostly for about 10 years. 2 months ago my father received his second dose of the covid pfizer vaccine. Immediately following the shot his tinnitus had return only tenfold. He could not sleep. He said life was unbearable because someone was screaming in his ear 24/7. He called Dr.Duffs office begging for an appointment as he was suffering extremely and it was impacting his work, family, everything. The next appointment they had was 2 months out and that was that. My dad arrives to his 0830 appointment TODAY at 0820 and is placed in a room. They move him into another room at 0850 stating he is in the wrong room. At 0930 they move him into another room because he is in the wrong room….yet again. It’s 1000 and my father has YET to be seen. He asks what is going on and the receptionist says there is a “mix up”. My father has to go to work, he’s been waiting for over an hour and a half and they tell him he’s going to have to “just wait”. He finally has to leave because he has work and he refuses to keep his clients waiting unlike other people. This is the problem with doctors. As someone who worked in healthcare for years, under doctors directly, sometimes they just don’t care. And that’s the situation we have here. For some reason Dr. Duff thinks it’s alright to let his patients wait over an hour and a half to be seen, having no regard for them or their personal lives. My father is suffering and he just doesn’t care. He does not care about his patient. He just lost my father as a patient. I will find him a provider who does care. Do not go to this doctor.

The first time entering the office I waited about half and hour. I was patient . My second visit I showed up on time and ready to book my surgery that day seeing the dr already had photos and was only there to discuss my rhinoplasty . They said my appointment was for January 7th when I spoke to the office on the 25 of January. So Needless to say I was not seen and will not be returning back to this practice

Hard to get in contact with anyone and when I finally did get appointments for my daughter we were rushed in and out and her problems were brushed off as if they didn’t have time for us.
