Dr. McRae is the best ear Dr. That Ive been going to for years very Gentile easy going and very good in what he does I would definitely recommend him love this man

I spent over an hour on the phone this morning trying to set up an appointment for my son who has a perforated eardrum. Dr. McRae is an excellent physician, however his secretaries/appt staff Leave much to be desired. I spent 15 minutes on hold, talked to a staff person, gave her information, then she put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then lost the connection. I called back, wait another 15 minutes on hold, then spoke to another woman who said I couldnt get an appointment until I got a referral from my sons physician. Wasted over an hour of my time this morning.

Dr. Robert McRae saved my daughters life she was the second baby that he had operated on. My baby was born premature she was less than one years old she had absolutely no room in her airway we couldnt wait for test results. I had tears in my eyes and I asked him if he could please help my baby and he took one look in the back of her throat and said we cant wait we have to do surgery so thats what we did. For surgery he informs me of the restaurant and complications and he also informed me that there is no room so its better to have the surgery. There were no complications the only thing we needed was an antibiotic as a preventative. Because of this doctor my daughter is living with me breathing with me laughing with me playing with me she sings her ABCs counts to 20 all by herself and shes only two years old my daughter is very intelligent and has a beautiful spirit a beautiful personality. And anytime she needed an ent his schedule is always free. And Im not so sure if I would be able to experience raising her if it wasnt for this mans great gift that God has blessed him with Im very thankful to Dr. McRae for saving my daughters life. We will always remember you.
