Terrible health center!!I called many times they didnt answer the phone.They are always said we cant give the appointment you can call after.I called every single day in 2 weeks.they didnt check my baby 3 months and she didnt get vaccine.Thats need to be closed !!!!

My PCP which is a PA is super efficient and she knows what she's doing. My children's pediatrics are not smart and they always tell me what I already know. And the secretary , front desk are horrible. They never pick up the phone. They never answer you for less than 30 minutes when you call. There are people out there that really wants to work, not chatting.

They just dont get back to you. I call and try to get some forms completed but no one gets back to me. Its frustrating and I think I just need to find a new clinic now. Ive talked to numerous people and always get told Ill get a call back today or in some days. We cant even go inside due to Covid which makes this even harder.

After getting blood drawn out , doctors are very nice but , person taking out blood needs more experience I feel like she was moving it around while needle was inside my arm. Gets worse by the day.
