9/18/23: Updating to add that my doctor is submitting a formal complaint against this pharmacy to the RI state pharmacy board.
The pharmacy places EVERY call on hold for as long as they can. I have to call in every month (I wish I didnt have to) and it always takes at least 20 minutes. You can hear them picking up the phone only to place you back on hold. I understand that youre very busy but every time? Seriously?
Additionally, the pharmacy manger should spend less time painting his nails and more time doing his job. No shade on whatever your lifestyle choices are, but its completely unprofessional and idiotic looking for a person in his position. The same would be said for ANY female with distracting or unprofessional work attire. Especially tacky nails, gross.
In fact, all of the FEMALE pharmacy staff Ive encountered are incredibly kind. The two male employees, one Ive already mentioned, are unprofessional and surprisingly teenage-girl-level catty and rude. Grow up and do your jobs.
