I had shoulder surgery 07/02/2019, The Doctor changed his mind several times on his surgery plan. Pain and discomfort was much worse after the surgery, it hasn't improved to date. When the doctor went over the MRI report he did not furnish me a copy. When I obtain a copy of the report it was quite apparent that the doctor was very selective on the information at the appointment. This is a workers comp case, went to another doctor with my medical records, I require surgery, enough said!

I had pain in my big right toe, diagnosed as arthritis. I was then prescribed some 3/4 inserts, $45. I told Dr. Caldarella I already had inserts prescribed for plantar fascitis. In my history I listed surgery to my back and left knee. I wore the prescribed inserts for 3 days both my back and knee acted up. I went back to my old inserts and after a couple of days the pain in my knee and back went away. I tried the prescribed inserts again in 2 days my knee and back were sore again, replaced inserts and in 2 days soreness was gone. I then wanted to return them but when I looked at the slip it didn't have my name on it there was someone else's and their personal information AND the inserts were not returnable. This was NOT told to me at the time of the purchase but in small print on the slip it stated nonrefundable, my bad. By the way the pain in my toe never went away, so why the inserts? Wrong prescription or just another way to make money.
He also spend maybe 10-15 minutes with me and didn't look at anything else, just the toe and xray, not that I have a twist in my ankle that makes me walk with extra pressure on the toe, something the NEW podiatrist told me and that I needed insert that gave my entire foot support "INCLUDING my toe". I didn't go back AND I will not go back to him. Find someone who is more through and cares about you not making extra bucks on something that doesn't help but puts you in more pain!
