From the moment my Father received his diagnosis I wanted to pre plan but never got around to it. I called Olsen and Parent hours before my father passed last month. Tom and Louise walked me through all of the paperwork that needed to be completed and we so kind throughout. When his cremated remains were ready, Tom greeted me at the door and went through everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I have faith that my Father was handled with the utmost respect and care as I saw them gently take him away. As sad as this experience has been and the grieving process remains, Olsen and Parent made it a smooth and easy transition. Thank you so very much for your care and service.
