I dropped off a dress to be hemmed last week that was longer in the back and shorter in the front. I asked for the back to be hemmed to the same length as the front (about 4 inches). When I came to pick my dress up and the woman helping me brought me the dress, I said oh he must not have gotten to it yet because I didnt see any difference; I told her Ill come back another day no rush. She says let me call the tailor and ask. So she calls him & I speak Spanish; I can hear what hes saying on the phone. He said I already cut the dress and if she wants it cut more she needs to pay another $12. I politely explained to the woman that this wasnt what I asked for, I asked if he can he just fix the hem to what I requested, Im not asking for extra services Im just asking to get what I paid for. She talks to him again and I hear him say she needs to pay another $12, its not my problem. Its not the money its the principle. I enjoy supporting small businesses but I will take my money elsewhere, I will never go back to this place or recommend.

Wow!! So another incident occurred at this shop today. I was the one who went to your shop and she took the number wrong. Poor customer service overall. Absolutely! I demanded my clothes, there my clothes, not my fault you have a person there that doesn't know how to write a phone number correctly.

I used to go to the spot all the time for my dry cleaning until they hired a new lady. It not the same no more. So I took my Business somewhere else. Thank you for your Business
