This bank absolutely sucks. The app has multiple glitches. They also ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission. They baited me into opening up 3 accounts with them for some marketing bonus money which they never paid out when I met all the requirements. They also held a check of mine for much longer than the federal requirement before clearing it.. Ive closed my accounts.

Brandon Matarese and Tom Skala, Manager and warrior banker, worked long and hard getting our accounts sorted out. They persevered through obstacles and got the job done. I can not give them high enough praise and gratitude for their work and professionalism. This is customer service the way it should be. Great job and Thank You both, again, for your dedication and hard work!

I have never been treated the way I was treated at Citizens Bank East Main Rd Portsmouth RI. I felt like the movie pretty woman. I'm not a millionaire, but that gives absolutely no right to someone who works in a bank who acts as they above me! Why because she works at a bank? Not a Neurologist mind you. She was condescending from beginning to end! Behind a desk didn't hear a word I said. I closed my account, I made a substantial deposit with a different bank
I couldn't believe the it. I'm sure I'm not the only one. What I say may not matter but the fact that a large deposit was made at another bank should!!

We've been very pleased with Citizens over the years. Although we do the majority of our banking online, when we need to visit this branch, the Branch Manager and rest of the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Understaffed. One person working the inside of the bank and the teller windows on a Friday afternoon. That is just ridiculous. As a business owner Time is money and I dont like waiting because the bank is understaffed.
