Booked Johnson Paving back in March for a complete driveway repair and some excavation of some tree stumps right next to the driveway. They called the day before my scheduled driveway repair to confirm and to let me know they no longer had an excavator to remove the tree stumps. Needless to say I canceled my service with them. Now I'm stuck in the middle of May with no one to repair my driveway. Stay away! Very unprofessional!

Ms.Perry,We are a paving contractor first and foremost. On some jobs, we are able to remove simple surface tree stumps . We did have a mini excavator to perform such small excavations. This season, our machine was in need of repair and we were unable to obtain parts for the repairs as they were back ordered. I apologized to you for the unavoidable circumstance and explained the best route was to have a tree removal company go do the excavation and we could then reschedule at your convenience for the driveway install. Your husband decided to just cancel the job altogether. Again, we are an asphalt paving company. We do not normally take out tree stumps. We do offer it as a convenience for our customers if we can. I am sorry for the mishap but please be assured, if you had understanding of the situation, we would have provided you with your asphalt paving service as we were scheduled to do.Good luck to you.

Would have chosen 0 stars if it was an option. Cancelled paving on morning of the work. Not even a phone call they texted me. Totally Unprofessional. Run dont walk away from this horrible company
