I went to make a deposit here and a bigoted teller asked me the background of my last name. After I told him I was middle eastern, he asked me if I worship goldfish, which I found bigoted, ignorant and offensive. I spoke to the assistant manager about my experience, and while she did apologize, I see that he still works there, and I question if anything was done in response.
I believe companies should have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to employees making racist remarks, especially to customers, but TD Bank clearly takes bigotry lightly.
Chase Bank in Smithfield offers much better service and now I go there if I need to make in-person bank transactions.

This location is nice & the service is good but td bank is the most inconvenient bank ever!! On Saturday they close at 1pm and Sunday open 11am-2pm. Will be keeping the bulk of my money in another bank.

The worst branch led by Amir. Customer was confused why he was unable assist transaction fees but luckily Demetria was able to help after branch hours

The fact that they charge $10 to cash a check drawn on their own bank is beyond ridiculous and I don't care if it's legal or not. They say it is an incentive to have you open an account. They charged me $10 to cash a check drawn on their own bank and then they want me to open an account. That's laughable. That would now be the last place I would have a bank account. People be smart and do not take your money to TD Bank.
