This service is still operating during Covid restrictions when rideshares are not. My ride cancelled on me leaving the ferry from Block Island and Chuck came to get me with zero notice. He showed up quickly and helped me plan the rest of my transportation during a medical overnight after I mistakenly believed I could use a rideshare. The vehicle was clean and the middle row was adjusted to provide safe social distancing. Chuck never complained about following the necessary restrictions and offered to send me all the necessary medical transportation receipts. I could have been really stuck but now I have a favorite reliable car service when I come to town.
