I have many connections to realtors but when it was time to buy I asked Barbara to assist us. i met Barbara more than 10 years ago over the phone! I was living in Virginia and wanted a home near the water in Rhode Island. Barbara asked the right questions and listened carefully, so that when we met in person several months latery, she had a good idea of what I was looking for. After a whirlwind tour of about 8 houses in one day, assisted by Barbaras sound advice and knowledge of the market and the area, i was able to have my first offer accepted! When I needed to rent the home, and lived 2 hours away, Barbara was able to find me good tenants, and then, several years later, prepare and update the house to sell for an excellent price! Most recently, when I wanted to purchase a hope on Cape Cod, I reached out to Barbara, who did some research and recommended just the right person!
