This year was our first time chartering from Bareboat Sailing, and it was a perfect trip. We took a Jeanneau 42 out for 5 days to do some day-sailing with an overnight trip to the Islands. The boat was in fantastic shape, and the entire team at Bareboat Sailing was super helpful. Brian provided timely responses as we prepared for our trip, Rod was great at check-in, and Captain Bill was available for support questions throughout the week. We had an amazing time and will definitely be chartering with Bareboat Sailing again in the future.

This was my fifth time chartering with Bareboat Sailing Charters. Brian it is experienced, helpful and very straightforward. September is a stellar month to charter. The winds are good, the crowds are gone and you can sail as long as you like and not stress about picking up a mooring at your next destination. Ill always come back!

I have cruised on a lot of boats over the last 35 years, and this was one of the finest. I was on a Beneteau 42 -- Summer Magic -- and I am now a believer in modern the modern, wide-stern cruiser. We sailed every day, sometimes hitting more than 8 knots with the right wind angle and a little tide. The gimballed stove worked great for underway breakfast-- bacon and eggs on the way to Block Island. All the mechanical, electrical and electronic systems worked flawlessly. Otto our co-pilot was the best helmsman on board, even under sail. I didn't think I'd need the bow thruster, but it speeded up mooring and made me look good coming into the dock. The boat is very comfortable-- bunks are a good size-- swim platform is great. The dinghy engine has enough guts to get on a plane with one person on board (but drive carefully!) Sail handling is a breeze. Dodger keeps you dry when the weather kicks up. Newport is a great starting point for a summer cruise-- great harbors to visit. And even in mid-summer we got moorings in Oak Bluffs and Cuttyhunk inner harbor during weekdays. The staff at Bareboat are easy going and professional-- great to work with. Great trip. Plan to do it again next summer.

We had a fantastic time sailing a new 42' Beneteau named Summer Magic from Bareboat Sailing Charters. In a week, we were able to visit Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Cuttyhunk with plenty of time for swimming, exploring and dining. The team at Bareboat was super friendly and helpful, and the boat was in great shape and well equipped. I highly recommend them.

For the second year in a row, Brian and his team have supported a fun, safe and smooth-running week of sailing. The boat was almost new and well maintained. Captain Andrew is an excellent sailor and fun companion. Perfect weather this year, a bit rainy last year, but both worked out well: Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, etc are classic destinations. A plus of having a pro captain was threading the needle through Woods Hole. Brian and his team are highly recommended!
