By far, the worst business on the island; incompetent, unresponsive, dishonest. Ruined $140 bag; after almost six months, still didnt resolve.

Quite an awful experience.
First person I spoke to about getting hats embroidered clearly did not pass on important information to stich artist such as color etc, this resulted in many back and forth emails with instructions (I had left a sample hat of what I required)
Then my emails went unanswered for quite a while, turned out the person had moved to different department or something and had not forwarded my order to new member of staff, A new person finally picked up my order and more back and forth with still no solution, I have been waiting all summer for these hats and in the end I became so frustrated I canceled the order and went elsewhere.
You can get embroidery done online with a much better option for color changes, service etc.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences Ive had with a business. Just walking into their office on Aquidneck will show you how disorganized the company is: boxes and clothes scattered everywhere, super cluttered workspaces.
Many of my orders are days to months late, even when I have a clear, set deadline. Checking on the status of an order is near impossible, as they can never seem to figure out what order youre talking about. They will say theyll reach out to you with updates but I never hear a thing.
Picking up orders in person is a joke; you will show up and whoever is in the office will run around and look at every finished order in hopes that they can find it, and then you still end up leaving empty handed.
I would leave 0 stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional and Im not sure how theyre still in business.
