Donna Digiulio was the primary Realtor for my transaction and she turned out to be the absolute BEST Realtor to work with and perfect fit for my situation and property! She handled the sale of my property with expertise, professionalism, and kindness. She attended a zoning hearing with me and provided the board with valuable information that she had gathered on my behalf that contributed to the outcome in my favor. I attribute this to Donna's knowledge, experience and hard work leading up to the hearing. The family dynamic surrounding the property sale was quite delicate and stressful. We cannot say enough great things about Donna as our agent and as a person! Working with Paul and his team was truly working with professionals. Paul is very knowledgeable all aspects of the real estate market. I was able to sell three multi families at top price with multiple offers. The sale of each house did have various challenges, like every real estate sale does. But Paul was able to guide me to accept the right offer and refer various type of contractors to make some repairs. Paul is also an excellent negotiator and has saved me money and time during the sale process. I would highly recommend Paul and his team to friends and family. I will definitely be giving him a call if we ever decide to sell our primary residence.
