      image I had a very unique situation, and had been passed through several customer assistance personnel who were unable to help me. As a last resort before switching providers I decided to go into the Coventry store. Mike and his staff were so understanding and knowledgeable and were able to take care of this. I will continue to use T-Mobile because of this experience. I'm so glad I decided to try going in person.
