A steady customer for 8 years, I broke a front tooth and they wouldn't see me for 3 weeks. That's just unacceptable. They've been sliding for awhile now. It seems they only look in your mouth looking for dollar signs now. One dr. insisted I have all my wisdom teeth removed even though they don't bother me at all. I told him no way. That was pretty disheartening. I made one call and another dentist took me the very next day. That settled it for me. It's too bad because they have some good people there.

My visit to this office did not go well. I went in for 2 extractions , which were needed , I was treated as if I was not a regular customer. By the time an hour went by, I was told we can't help you and sent on my way with terrible customer service. This place got too big and the customer has been left with no personal treatment, just a number.

This place has a few good dentists, but their billing is shady. They waited until after doing my fillings, to tell me that they are out of network with my insurance. They do not do amalgam fillings, and charged me an additional $200 over what my insurance would cover.
I walked out paying nearly $1000 for a cleaning and four fillings.
Fillings that my military dentist didn't say I needed.
Cancelling all of my appointments and finding a new dentist.
