He brought paperwork to me because i wanted to cancel one of the vehicle policy. I signed the document and he took it back to his office, found out i am still being charged premium for the car that I asked him to remove for almost a year. I then went to his office he screamed at me and told me that I kept those papers like imagine I signed the papers that HE brought in and I KEPT them myself. Robert o'connell is a thief and all state is the worst insurance company you could ever use. O'connell was charging my father for a $200,000 policy, However it was only A $30,000 policy he was over charging. He did this for twelve years. Sason and Colleen are both wonderful people Robert o'connell is A garbage person.
