      image I am very pleased with Steve's personal service and knowledge, along with his responsiveness. When a change in a policy is needed, it's taken care of quickly, and all of my questions are answered.
      I'm especially happy that the phone is answered by a "live" person and that it's not necessary to go through a menu of options before either speaking to Steve or directly leaving a voicemail.
