These guys installed this furnace and instead of using the proper rope gasket they used the inner of a rope gasket and didn't even install that properly, leaving a gap allowing fumes and heating fuel to leak out filling my house with fumes. Plus there was heating fuel leaking out at the filter casing. Definitely don't recommend!!

I highly recommend this company for HVAC repair. Our AC system stopped working over the weekend. We had a different company come out and inform us it would be cheaper to replace the whole unit at $11K than to repair it. We obtained a second opinion from Steam Specialist who informed us that the fan motor needed to be replaced. After the fan was replaced, the system functioned normally. This was quick, simple, cheap, and saved us thousands of dollars.

Unfair Billing - Request an estimate first! Two workers were sent to our home to make a minor fix that took 2.5 hours and were charged for $1,000!
The bill said:
9 hours at $90/hour + minor costs
Total: about $1,000.
Their reasoning was: "We charge portal-to-portal" (so they want us to pay both of their workers $90/hour to drive to and from our home). Thier second reasoning was: "We charge DOUBLE the time because we sent 2 people." (So we were actually charged $180/hour for portal-to-portal.)
Judge for yourself - is this fair billing?
In addition, a part that we had in the basement went missing; however we cannot prove that this was taken and they have not offered to make amends nor give a reasonably priced bill.
We would appreciate if the company would give us a reasonable price for the work done in our home such as $300 and reimburse us for the missing part.
