The day we were scheduled they were not able to make it but we never got a call informing us.. I wasn't happy about that after waiting all day but when i called and was going to cancel they lowered my bill and scheduled me for the next day. They came and did a wonderful job. I told him i was concerned about bad reviews but i am glad i went ahead with hiring them. They have really nice equipment and went the extra mile!!

I had my driveway, sidewalks, and front porch cleaned by PPW. There was some confusion on when the work was to be completed, Because I wanted to show the tech spots and lines in the driveway. We arrived home, And the work had been completed, We were surprised because I wanted to be home when the work was done. So the result is, The driveway is cleaner, BUT the areas that I wanted cleaned STILL have the marks they had before cleaning. I thought they could remove the lines in the driveway and several spots, But they could not. So bottom line is I have a cleaner driveway, BUT the specific areas I wanted removed are STILL there!
