I am a national guard member who earned active duty pay outside of the state. Mr Patterson prepared my state tax return and included those wages in the taxable gross amount. I provided him with all my pay stubs and orders from time those periods. He told me it would be too hard to figure out since those wages were listed on my W-2 and were federally taxable. I don't think he understood that as a member of the guard my pay earned outside of the state while on active duty is not taxable by Pennsylvania. I guess I can either try to do it myself or go to another account after I already paid him...

What began as a one time thing after an overwhelming year turned into me going back every year to Jeff! Jeff has one goal and that's clearly to make sure his clients get the maximum benefit- especially when you have multiple jobs, work independently, and dont have the time. He is thorough, honest, and makes sure you know what your getting up front. Do yourself a favor and eliminate the stress and risk of over/underpaying and go to Jeff.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wish I could leave above a 5 star rating. This was the 3rd year in a row I have gotten my taxes done by Jeff and there is not anyone else I would trust with my information. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he has created a very friendly and inviting atmosphere so that getting your taxes done can be a pleasurable experience. I look forward to getting my taxes done next year.

I received my tax return 1 hour after filing. We were the 1st to file taxes in Pennsylvania!
