Chad and Cody came out 2 weeks after original conversation, no phone call. Cut down part of the tree. Did the work on the side. Not through the company. Were supposed to come back and finish. Never showed up never called. Attempted to call Chad. would not return my calls! Claimed he had covid, seen him working at neighbors house a few days later. Told him I would pay the full amount when they came back to finish the job. Never came back. Very dissapointed in their service. Would not recommend them!!!! Attempted to call the owner. Left message with receptionist asking for owner to call me back, of course no return call!!!

Highly recommend Staley Tree Services! Every employee I spoke with starting with the receptionist, the tree laborers, and the owner himself, were nothing short of polite and professional. I received a return phone call from the owner the same day of leaving a message to set up an estimate date. Their price couldnt be beat by other company estimates I received. Appointment time between estimate and tree removal was reasonable due to time of year. Our 8 pines trees were removed and stumps grinded in just 1 day in about only 6 hours with 2 crews getting it done. Amazing work done by the crews. They cleaned all debris and left the yard unharmed.
