This review is strictly on the customer service I encountered.
I returned 9 shirts and during the return process the worker questioned why I had so many different sizes, but I already told her why I was already returning them.
Then she flicked/threw a paper tag at me. I pulled the tag off due to the size and I wanted to try the shirt on without the tag pushing into my shoulder. After she threw it, she didnt say sorry until I exhaled loudly.
To make matters worse, a colleague asked what to do with the tags and she said it was randomly attached to the shirts. Clearly was insinuating I wore the shirts only to return them. All of the items were still brand new, only two had
The paper tag removed.
Then, on top of that, she purposely only refunded me 8 of my 9 shirts. I knew this was deliberate because I stepped away to buy another shirt. This employee acted as if the clothes were her own. I had to count the shirts even though she insisted she refunded them all.
It was a very uncomfortable situation that should have not happened. It was a simple return that left me very upset and humiliated due to the treatment. I wont be returning as a customer to this store and Id recommend other shoppers to visit other retailers.
