If youre ok with paying thousands of dollars for 0 VOC organic carpet to be installed in your home by a team of people who smoke all day then go with this company. Before agreeing to my quote I voiced this concern to Debbie at the store and she ensured me the install team would not smoke and would be spraying themselves before coming. They did not. I called after the first day so upset because I am pregnant and my WHOLE HOUSE reeked of cigarettes. These people are so nice but its extremely disrespectful when I told them my request upfront about the smoke and in person before they started. Don the owner apparently said my request for them to not smoke was ridiculous. I heard this only after I signed and agreed to have them come when Debbie told me this would not be a problem. The carpet was installed perfectly but what I went through I would not wish on anybody and I wouldve never went with this company if I knew they wouldnt respect my request. It kinda defeats the purpose of organic VOC free carpet when its being handled by smokers. Even if I wasnt pregnant I wouldnt want these people smelling up my beautiful home. Not professional. Not cool. Its not the 1970s. Service: Carpet installation

4 phone calls, since August31st , to schedule cleaning of 2 carpets
Our warranty requires yearly cleaning, per debbie, when we purchased it...
I wonder if the manufacturers are aware of the poor service they give.
No return call back as of today.
When we bought the carpet from them, in 2018, I would have highly recommended them, not now.

They provide quality with affordability, and you expect nothing less.
