Hello Google Family. I had previously reviewed this business. I now have an update. I was called by Walt, the gentleman who does the embroidery on Friday, April the 22nd to pick up my items and pay the remaining balance. I was so excited when I arrived, because two wonderful things had happened to me that day. Someone at Giant in Broomall, bought me a smoothie and I received a free car wash from Gallen Express in Broomall. I was definitely pumped up!! When I arrived at Brothers to pick up my items, I was given my items to review. Everything was done expertly and perfectly. I was very happy!!! When I quoted my balance, which was $58.00, I was told it was $108.00. I was not happy!!! I was shown the invoice and someone had made a mistake. I was not thrilled because I did not find out the new total until I arrived on Friday, the 22nd, to pick up my items. I had asked what the balance was and it was not told to me, even though I had asked the person who answered the phone. I realize everyone makes mistakes, including myself, I was not thrilled about the new total, which was $50.00 more. And I was not told this, until I went to pick up my items. I did not have enough to pick up my items, since I thought it was $58.00 and not $108.00. And that is why I am giving this updated review a 2 stars. Not at all happy with Brothers at this point!!!!
