Just wanted to drop a note to say how great Dave Grauel has been. We recently moved from SC to PA and I was referred to Bill Penney's agency for our insurance needs. Dave was super responsive, answered any and all questions making the transition very easy for us. He's followed up to check in and even took the time to ask about our family and tell a quick story or two about his. I can't tell you how thankful I've been to have one less thing to worry about in such a hectic time of moving, Dave's given me peace of mind about our insurances and it's been a blessing to our family. I've been with Allstate all my adult life. My original agent retired and I got passed along to Bill Penney. While it could have been an unhappy experience not getting to pick my own agent, it has been absolutely wonderful! I couldn't have gotten better if I did all the leg work to find the best agent I could. Bill is very responsive and provides clear, easily understandable answers. I don't have to ask for a better price, he automatically provides the best coverage at the best price without my asking. It's great to have an agent I can trust for my home, auto, boat, and motorhome insurance needs.
