Mr. Bolig has done (and continues to do) extensive legal work for our extended family for the past 30 years or so. Including assisting my sis and bro-in-law with settling her in-law's estate and our father's very complicated estate 3 years ago. He has provided valuable estate-planning guidance to our families and prepared our wills, powers-of-attorney, medical powers-of-attorney and several loan agreements over the past several decades. He is friendly, an excellent listener, very detail-oriented, very reasonable fees, 100% honest and trustworthy. NOTE - The 6 angry, negative & specially demeaning reviews posted here (several by the same author!) should be ignored because they are NOT representative of this attorney's demeanor, honesty, service standards or fees. Apparently something did not work out to the client's wishes or expectations and all they know to do is throw mud, rage and disparage the person who did what they could under the circumstances to assist them with their issue.

I'm writing this review not for Robert himself but for his partner " RONALD BOLIG'". He was hired to be the executor of my stepfather's estate so that things would be stress-free for my mother. Everything was cut and dry all he had to do was close a couple accounts and sign properties over to my mother. My stepfather passed away in May of 2020 and it is now August of 2021. He has done nothing except make things a hundred times more stressful on my mother. My mother has been doing all the leg work for him. He fails to answer emails also he does not tell her where the money is being taken from or being spent on. I believe he has been taking advantage of my mother for over a year now. So please to save yourself a headache and time I would take your business elsewhere.
