      image No suprise charges plastered on the front window, walk in after being told it started at $132. Not once did Margaret mention an increase in that fee. Imagine my SUPRISE when a single filer with one dependent cost $271. I left my CPA because their costs went up 200% in one year. I could have stayed with an actual accountant for slightly more than H&R Block wanted for 20 minutes with a senior tax analyst.
