Zero stars if I could. Avoid! Take your moneuly else where! Excuses and no accountability or resolutions but expect money right away. Forget anyone ever in office to answer calls about problems or anything. I do not recommend and infact am looking into filing a suit.

This real estate agency represented the seller for the house we just purchased. BEWARE! THEY ARE LIARS! The items in the house that were supposed to be completed before closing were not done! They lied and said they were completed. Electrical outlets not repaired, dishwasher not working and unanswered questions about the septic system and so on.

We just bought our first vacation house on the Poconos , we couldnt have done it without Catherine Rivera our Realtor, Her knowledge about the area and houses is beyond expectations. Thanks so much Catherine to make our summer house dream come true.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Catherine seemed to be determined at first, I tried to schedule showings with her and she failed to ever schedule anything. kept coming up with excuses and saying it was me who never reached out when SHE is the one selling the house. terrible sales tactic and I do not recommend anyone to her.
