      image Had a passport appointment Monday for my daughter at 9:30am. Leeandre and Jaylene were the MOST helpful ladies!!!! They were super quick and such a pleasant- if more ppl could be like them!!!!

      image I mailed my son a box with the correct address in St. College and it was delivered in two days, YAY. I mailed him a container of cookies the next week to the same address, and it was RETURNED TO SENDER, no such number, addressee unknown. I retired from the USPS and I know that mistakes happen, but please, this is for your city carriers... KNOW your residents, and yes the address was clearly legible,

      image Needed to complete a passport application with photo. Called the PO and they said they weren't busy so no need to schedule an appointment, just come on in. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, did everything needed to successfully get my passport within 12 weeks.
